It was a dream, a home away from home. It is absolutely flawless in every way. Decorations, location, cleanliness, amenities. It cannot be faulted. It looks much better in reality than the photos online. On top, the owner, is the best host we’ve come across in many years of traveling to Halkidiki. A true helper and a genuine nice and warm human being. I only wish we spent more time together.
Overall this is one of the very few places we will return for sure. Words are not enough to describe this experience.

From the warm welcome to the end a wonderful holiday. The location right on the beach is fantastic. The house combines comfort and luxury of a holiday accommodation with local touches in the decor that make it very special. A lot of love and passion was invested here. The terrace and garden are great for breakfast with a sea view or just a relaxed place to sit.
The best property in the best location in Kalamitsi. Modern, fully furnished house with stunning sea view, just next to the beach. Exceptional cleanliness. The house has all kinds of amenities, beyond any expectations. Extremely kind and responsive host. We really had a great time there. We will definitely visit it again.

I liked the welcome – the kind host introduced the house and had prepared a basket of treats. Next to the sea, great view, backyard lawn, comfortable outdoor chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, pots, pans, mixer, toaster, waffle iron, coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator, etc. 6-7 people can stay, because there are three bedrooms – we were 4: two adults, each in their own bedroom, and our daughters together in the third bedroom. Nice and cozy living room, TV, music.
