Seathon Seafront Beach Villa

1. Introduction
Welcome to Seathon Seafront Beach Villa. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Please note: These policies apply to reservations made directly through Seathon Seafront Beach Villa. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

2. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment.
• The following deposit payment policy applies:
  • A deposit of 20% of your stay is required to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining 80% balance is payable no less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
• Any additional charges, such as damages or extra services, must be settled before departure.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 49 days before arrival (the deposit is refunded).
• For cancellations made between 48 – 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount (20%) is forfeited.
• For cancellations made between 20 – 0 days prior to arrival, no-shows, or early departures, the total amount of the reservation (100%) is forfeited.
• Note: Seathon Seafront Beach Villa ensures that every cancellation is handled with flexibility and goodwill. We will strive to find a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling your reservation to a later date where possible.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 15:00 
• Check-out time: 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
• Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.

5. Occupancy & House Rules

• The villa accommodates a maximum of 7 guests (including children).
• Only one pet is allowed per villa, in accordance with the complex’s policy. Prior notice is required for pet accommodation.
• Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• Guests must respect the property and its contents; any damages or losses must be reported and compensated accordingly.
• The villa and its amenities are for the use of registered guests only; hosting external visitors requires prior approval.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

• The villa owners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children while staying at the villa.
• Use of the villa’s facilities, including the garden and balcony, is at guests’ own risk.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is cleaned prior to guests’ arrival.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining general cleanliness during their stay.
• Additional cleaning services may be available upon request for an extra fee.
• Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately.

8. Amendments & Termination

• The property reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• The owners may terminate a guest’s stay without a refund if there is a violation of these terms.
